We’re All In The Same Boat

In today’s Gospel (Lk 5:1-11), our Savior commands Simon Peter to launch out into the deep. When he catches too many fish to bring into his boat, he calls another boat to assist. The nets which the apostles spread over the world, is still catching fish. We’re in that boat that they are calling over to help him. We need to understand our role in the evangelizing work of the Church.
